Maintenance
In our Service-contract agreement we offer monthly maintenance program which includes oiling, cleaning and troubleshooting of the elevator parts prioritizing client satisfaction.
During our maintenance period, we also perform elevator inspections for smooth and safe functioning of the elevators.
Our troubleshooting and maintenance services are also available for the units that are not installed by IAES, but are in need of reliable service providers.
We replace elevator parts and provide spare parts for our clients as well as for other elevator companies nationwide. The parts range from electrical parts such as inverters, PCB cards to mechanical parts such as door locks, guide rails, ropes and motor pulleys.
Quotations are supplied after a detailed inspection by our qualified technicians.
