The pallet directly connecting with the chain makes the running smoother. It adopts belt braking system controlled by braking motor which brakes smoothly and safely. Special designed big wheel handrail drive runs with very low noise. Handrail entrance is secured by brush. The large size diameter of step roller also minimizes the noise and prolongs the product life.
Escalator’s VVVF drive ensures that the escalator operates more smoothly and with noise control features, it brings the passenger a peaceful riding experience.
Escalator complies with international safety standards and it will automatically stop its operation in case of:
-Overloaded motor (when the current exceeds 15% of the current rating)
-Lack of voltage phase
-Foreign substance being clipped in the handrail inlet or in between the escalator combs
-Reversal direction of travel or over-speed
-Abnormal step bending
-Drive-chain being over-stretched or broken
